Wow, it is so neat here in the valley! I drove up to Aspen, what a precious town! Every single person there is getting on or off the slopes. Tomorrow I am taking myself down to NEW CASTLE FAMILY FITNESS. The club owner says the big boys come in weekdays at 5 pm…. I am going to go give them a “What up!?”
Yesterday, I hit a chest and shoulder workout. There was a guy in there kicking some ass so I gave him some kudos. Then I asked him to burn me out in two sets on the flat bench smith machine. It is a technique I learned from a former coach. Full reps for 8-10, then 5 reps at the top half and 5 reps at the bottom half. UGH! Do this exercise as your LAST chest movement.
Tomorrow I will get a squat workout. OH YEAH!!
