I wanted to share with you how The Secret Law of Attraction works for me. This is an example of a series of events where I recognize the Law of Attraction at work.

I get 30 emails a day about casting calls. I may submit to 2-4 per week. Tuesday night, I saw a casting call for a talk show in which I was unfamiliar. I wanted to submit to it, but first I wanted to change my profile pictures, which takes a couple of days. That night I googled the talk show and spent ten minutes watching clips from the show. It seems like a good place for the Strongest Woman in the World to be interviewed.

The next day, I had plans to lift at Venice Gold’s Gym and meet a high school friend, Erin, for lunch. I felt great! The workout was good, my body felt good, my energy was good… the day was going as planned. After lunch, my friend and I wandered down to Muscle Beach in Venice. I ran into a Venice friend, Dave, who joked, “Did you bring your camera crew?” I looked behind me and there was a small camera crew videotaping on Venice Boardwalk. We had a good laugh.

Next thing you know, the crew asked Dave and I if we would participate in an interview. The piece was for the Colbert Report… a talk show!! Talk about ENERGY!! We commented on Rawsome, a raw, organic food market and the FDA controlling what we eat.

Let me reiterate! Open your mind… send out an energy about a topic… ask the universe for it… it will ATTRACT the energy you are asking for.  Just like I was sending out energy about a talk show the night before a talk show asked me to comment on a topic.

Go… Conceive, Believe and Receive!!

I feel like the energizer bunny. These days are all running together.

Filming has been great! Instead of just having a photo shoot today, I am back in set with Haunting Pusher.

Later tonight I am doing a photo shoot for a project capturing Double Digit Females… women who wear size 10 and over. The smallest my hips and waist get is a size ten. My upper body is size 16 at least.

I am excited to own this super size sexy body. So, I was a shoe in for the shoot.

We filmed until 4 am. Three hours of sleep, then back to the set. Ten scenes today and its a wrap for me. Fun!

I am on set for two days filming Haunting Pusher. Then filming for another project Tuesday and Thursday. And a photoshoot squeezed in on Wednesday.

So if you don’t hear much from me this week, please forgive me.

I got a few emails about the Law of Attraction.

“I would like to know more about the Laws of Attraction…  What books did you read?  Or what do you recommend?  It sounds Spiritual?  Have gone through some sort of enlightenment?”

When I decided to change my life.  I was told about The Secret Law of Attraction by a good friend.  Now, notice, it is THE Law… not plural, but singular.

I listened to the Law of Attraction CD set; it was 4 CDs.  I did not hurry through the process.  I only listened for 10-20 minutes at a time.  I took notes and really digested the information. As a matter of fact, it took me two months from when I started listening to when I finished writing out my “Definite Chief Aim” aka, my life goal.

It was very enlightening!!  My life is way better for it!  Though the decisions were hard and sometimes painful, I am happier than I have ever been. Please, click on the Amazon link above and try it for yourself!

I believe in it.  If you live projecting the energy you wish to attract, it will happen.  I have been in LA for four months.  Big pieces of my life puzzle are falling into place.  This is no coincidence.  I am out there… in the world, sharing my energy.  I am out to see and be seen, posting my blogs, sharing my videos, updating my status, etc.

I wish I could tell you more about my projects, but they are just launching.  I will share what I can, when I can.  My life is wonderful!! Thank you for letting me share it!!

A lot of people ask me about the documentary, Strongest Ever. It is a well done story about my powerlifting career, the relationships I had at the time and the controversy surrounding my choices. Strongest Ever has been played in Finland, Germany and Italy.

I came to LA for one reason, to share my life with the world. Whether it be through film or television, I want to show the world how a 200+ pound, strong female can be comfortable in her own skin. How she can feel beautiful and sexy wearing a size 12 dress and feel every bit of a woman as the girl wearing a size 2.

Yesterday, I took a leap of faith. I signed with a show which will allow me to do what I came here for. Only 4 months in this city and the Law of Attraction struts its stuff. The world has connected me and the timing is impeccable.

I am meeting some really neat people in Los Angeles, California! It is a different world than where I come from. This place sure holds creativity to a higher value. I had the privilege of meeting Mike, who created this wonderful movie.

There is just something about knowing a person and having them show you their life’s work. A person sharing their passion is revealing their soul.

A fellow lifter, Christina, asked about shaping the quads and hamstrings. I gave her my best tip on shaping those legs up. The question will be answered in a two part series. Enjoy the video.
