Guinness World Records – Gone Wild

Here is my Guinness World Record attempt. For the record, no woman actually got 20, they just picked a number to beat. It was tough. So much fun!!

Squat Form For Power!

Protein Pancakes! Delicious!

Spray your pan with a non-stick spray. Heat it over medium-high.

1/2 Cup of Old Fashioned Oats (they are lower glycemic than quick oats)
3 egg whites
1 Tbsp of Agave Nectar
Cinnamon to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour over heated pan in pancake size portions. Turn after 1 to 1.5 min. Cook an additional minute or so.

Share it with your friends! (the recipe, but keep the pancake for yourself!!)

Promote Yourself

When I was in my prime, training for meet after meet, I wanted to get my name out there. I learned I needed to self promote. Here is a picture I sent in to Powerlifting USA with the idea drawn out on a piece of scratch paper. Low and behold, it happened. They published exactly what I had requested.

Another Special Day!!

I have been grinning all day!! I was trying to think of the date. When it came to me, I realized… it was two years ago today I walked out of my unfulfilling life and started another one. Thank God for giving me the strength!!
