Coach, father and best friend to many.

With a heavy heart, I inform you that my former coach and the man I had a relationship with for 12 years has passed away.  Words are hard to find to describe Rick and the impact he had on so many lives.  I need a few days… there is so much I want to say, but I will do it with thought.

Rick go in peace!  The world will morn, yet laugh as they remember you.

I have been getting some good compliments lately. So, I want to share them with you.

A fellow female at Paragon asked how old I am. For those of you who don’t know, I am 37. Then she commented I look 22 (I am sure she exaggerated, but I will take it). Later she complimented on my boundless energy. I DO feel great. Working out is the fountain of youth. As info, I had complimented this same lady the previous day. She looks amazing!! And the positive energy came right back at me

Here is an email from a friend, Trapper. I asked him to update me on his lifting…

This wont sound like much too you –But I will climb fast as I can–
after 7yrs off I started Training again–its a Hard training schedual since ArmWrestling/StrongMan/Power Lifting all take sooo much outa you–anyways I started Lifting again two months ago and as a Un impressive start I started with a Max bench of 1rep 215 lbs on my final set-225 on my final set of squats for two reps—deadlifts the same 225 two reps on my last set——–{ this week I and I do a ton of sets but anyway on my 6th set of bench I got 275 for 4 reps[-{Squats I got 505 for two reps on my 7th set} and Deadlifts I got 365 for 3reps—I know these numbers are mere little things to you and your freinds you Train with-But I Have you all in mind as I kill myself training and love every bit of it—p.s Its been two months of Pain and Protien!!lol

This is me getting my ass handed to me in practice at Paragon Jui Jitsu. We do 3 minute rounds and one minute rest… if we are lucky. Sometimes we don’t get to rest, we get to do push-ups or burpies. My goodness, at this rate, I will be a lean, mean machine sooooooonnnnn!!

This is my first California Christmas. The weather is unbelievable, about 50 degrees and the sun is out.

It does seem a bit weird not to have snow and/or wintery conditions. But listening to the Carpenter’s Christmas Portrait makes it seem like Christmas. Our family tradition to hear Karen Carpenter sing like the angel she is.

Get one for yourself, it will be your favorite.

Well, since I traveled a lot, I didn’t submit myself for any roles. That is alright because I didn’t feel like my body was right for display.

Now I am feeling great because I am working my ass off at Paragon Jiu Jitsu. Good timing because I got a call to submit myself for an athletic reality show. And I had a casting call and a call back for a Jim Beam commercial.

So, I guess we’re on a roll again!!

Shoot, John… apologies. The money has come into semiconductors. There are may to choose from and some doing well. I am in ARMH. I bought in at about 13, currently close to 19. I expect it to bounce off it’s support trendline and make a near term bullish move.

Also check out industries such as Silver, Jewelry Stores and Textile Manufacturing. If the major trend is consistent, check out the leader trends to confirm. Then load that gun and set your stop loss.

If you want to throw a symbol at me, I would be more than happy to do a technical analysis.
