She sure is my buddy!! And now that I have a new roommate with a bulldog, I have to share her… Rocky is her boyfriend. I come home and catch them laying on the couch together… crazy kids!! I dont have any pictures of her and Rocky yet… but I will gather some.

Wednesday there are two big mile markers for me. My first appearance on the red carpet. And my first gig as a runway model!! You know I am so proud to think outside the box!

Many moons ago, I would watch Project Runway. I always thought it would be great to make a splash on the runway. I visualized myself walking out, giving the crowd something they have never seen before. I love my big, muscle body and I knew I could knock them dead. They are NOT expecting this big girl on the runway.
When I saw a casting call for a fitness clothing line… I thought… PERFECT! I submitted and got the audition. By believing in myself, showing them who I am, with confidence…. I made them believers! I WALK THE RUNWAY TODAY!!
The same casting director, fashion producer/designer Parris Harris, has invited me to walk the Red Carpet during LA Fashion week’s Legion of Hope on the Runway. Thanks for believing in me Parris, you Rocker!!

One of my sisters has been heath conscious for as long as I can remember. She gets up super, duper early to get her workout done before her child gets out of bed. For the last couple of years she has been very successful with P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program
NOW… she has been hankerin’ for something more. She found Crossfit! I am so happy for her. Now, she can get into group training and experience in-house competition with other members in class. Friday I attended a casting call for fitness models. The producers were welcoming and invited me to walk the red carpet as the strongest woman in the world. My first red carpet event, YES!
I told them I had more in mind. Holding my pumps up, I told them I wanted a chance to walk the runway modeling their fitness wear. They said okay, let’s see what you got. So, I strapped on my heels and strutted that runway like no other girl that day. I gave a sexy lat spread at the beginning of the runway and a bicep bounce at the end. Then I walked back down the runway letting it all hang out! IT FELT GOOD!!
