3 Days of Progress

I always say to myself… it is amazing what I can do in three days. I feel soooo much better now that I have been consistent with cardio and eating right. Three weeks and I will be where I want to be.

I cleaned up my food program; I am back on the Paleo diet. I am burning 500 calories in my heart rate zone before breakfast. Then I eat a bit of raw oatmeal and hit the weights. At night I am going to MMA classes. I leave there sweating like no other.

I have lost 8 pounds in about 4 days and I will tell you why. I am a big girl, over 200 lbs, so my fluctuation may be double yours. I was bloated from eating carbs. Cut the carbs and lose that bloat. Plus, I sweat so much at MMA practice, my weight is most likely a bit lower from that. Also, I have lost some bodyfat from working my booty off.

Good timing for the bloat to come off… I have had 2 auditions in two days.  Oh yeah!
