		<description>Right now I am really kicking it in gear.  I train twice a day.  An hour of hard core cardio in the morning, consisting mostly of jump roping and shadow boxing.  At night, an hour of boxing or cross-training and some days an additional hour of jiu jitsu.  Get after it!!</description>
