Crazy! One minute after I woke up, my stairmaster made a beep!! It NEVER does that on its own. IT WAS CALLING ME!! So I turned on my itunes and got on the stairmaster. It was more fun than I have had in a long time all by myself. I was listening to Miley “Party in the USA” with my “hands up” clapping and snapping, “nodding my head like Yeah” and “moving my hips like Yeah”… all while on the stairmaster. Cardio IS fun!
